We Build Stunning Luxury Homes
At Knutson Homes, we have been building thoughtfully designed homes for more than 40 years. Our family believes every home should be stunning, function well for those who will live in it, and be crafted with the type of quality and attention to detail that will have you loving your home, from the moment you receive the keys, to as long as you live there.
“Our homes are built to be lived in and last for generations to come.”
Built With Care
Our goal is to build remarkable, innovative homes, with attention to the finest details. Fulfilling this goal will assure pride of ownership and outstanding resale value for our homeowners, as well as long-term stability of our company.
“Anyone can say they build a Quality home, but we’re actually known for it”
We don’t cut corners and use only highly skilled Craftsmen
That’s why Knutson Homes partners with highly skilled professionals in the trades who understand our mission of providing homeowners with a superior build at a fair price. We focus on craftsmanship – not just construction – in every home we build.

Ready to get started?
When we were ready to build, we wanted to work with someone who really cared about getting things right. So we started asking around. Whenever we mentioned Knutson Homes, the response was always the same – they are a quality builder and they have a great reputation. When we met with Drew and Cory in person, they emphasized the importance of not cutting corners and using reputable subs. That sealed the deal for us. And they lived up to their reputation. We love our house!
